Restoring Purbeck Marble.

Before restoration

Restoring a black Purbeck marble floor from 1820 at a farmhouse near Wimborne, Dorset. This rare limestone, last quarried in 1993, is typically laid in large flags several inches deep. We used diamond pads to smooth out the fine scratches and remove ground-in dirt before sealing the next day with LTP Colour Intensifier and Stain Block. Clients delighted with results. Photos to follow.
